Entries are now live for the Fox Antifreeze 2026 at Coed y Brenin, with the timed lap endurance event scheduled for Saturday 14 March 2026.

Tarland Trails has opened its annual rider survey, giving riders the chance to share feedback on the trails, facilities, and overall experience. The survey has previously helped shape real changes on the ground, including the development of Project Mushroom, installation of a defibrillator at the car park, and the addition of a bike wash.

The survey is open now and takes just a few minutes to complete.

The proposed facility next to Perdiswell Leisure Centre is set to deliver a larger, multi-user pump track with beginner and advanced loops, following council confirmation of a January 2026 construction start.

Bangor Cycle Park plans have been submitted for Bangor Sportsplex (County Down, Northern Ireland), proposing a multi-zone cycling facility (BMX racing, pump tracks, jump lines and an accessible learn-to-ride area) alongside an athletics track setting.

Sur-Ron style electric motorbikes are increasingly being reported on UK MTB and BMX facilities, with new rider reports adding Hemlock Stone (Nottingham) to recent incidents in Leicester, Sheffield, the Surrey Hills and Lancashire.

The Meadows Pump Track in Boscoppa, St Austell is now open. Built by Forte Trailscapes for St Austell Town Council, the new facility features two asphalt pump track loops set within the open green space at The Meadows.

The Skills Area, Pump Track and Freeride Zone atOnePlanet Adventure in Coed Llandegla are currently closed following forestry works, with a planned rebuild now underway.

Caersws Bike Park has confirmed that Dragon’s Tail is currently undergoing a full revamp, with trail shaping and feature refresh work underway. The park says the updated line is expected to be ready to ride in the New Year, with further updates shared via their social channels.
