Revolution Bike Park Opens New End Section of Continental

Revolution Bike Park near Llangynog, Powys has opened a new end section of Continental, while the planned rebuild of the top of Freeride has been pushed back.

The trail crew at Revolution Bike Park have spent the last few weeks building a new end section for Continental, and the park announced on Facebook on 15 October that riders booked in for the weekend starting Friday 16 October will be able to ride it.

Continental is the red-graded freeride line the park opened in September 2024, built in partnership with Continental.

Freeride top section rebuild delayed

Earlier in the week the park said the top section of Freeride would close for a major rebuild. That closure has now been put back by at least a week, because James, who is carrying out the rebuild, has been called in to do some last-minute work on the new Hardline trail. Freeride will be open as normal this weekend.

Once work starts, the park expects the top section of Freeride to be closed for at least a few weeks. In the meantime, it says the recently rebuilt Red Downhill offers a similar alternative line. The park has promised more news to come, so check its Facebook page or Instagram for the closure dates before you book.

Riding days must be booked in advance on the Revolution Bike Park website. For the full trail line-up, passes and rider reviews, see the Revolution Bike Park listing.
