Dark Matter, BikePark Wales' new Black-grade trail, is now open. 

Chicksands Bike Park says a group of riders on Sur-Ron bikes broke down its boundary fence for the third time on 1 September, with footage handed to Bedfordshire Police. It's warning that anyone caught riding on site risks having their bike seized and crushed under Section 59, and is asking parents to check whether local teenagers own or ride Sur-Rons. In a follow-up post, the park also explained why it won't build a dedicated Sur-Ron track, citing its sandy soil and a non-motorised insurance policy that would be voided by mixing vehicle types. It's the latest addition to our ongoing Sur-Ron incident round-up.
