New: 11 UK bikepacking routes

We now list 11 bikepacking routes, from a two day stretch of the Ridgeway to the 800 mile Great North Trail. Our new guide explains what bikepacking and long-distance mean, which route to start with, and how each listing covers the terrain, the bike, resupply and where to stay.
Bikepacking does not have to mean camping: a campsite, bunkhouse or pub bed at the end of each day all work. Some routes are waymarked on the ground, such as the Sandstone Way and King Alfred's Way, while others are followed by GPX rather than signs, and most suit mountain bikes as well as gravel bikes.
