Swinleyβs former Bikini Line rebuilt as red trail, still closed while it beds in
At Swinley Forest the old Bikini Line has been rebuilt as a red graded, feature-packed meandering trail that is now bedding in and officially closed, with builders and the Crown Estate asking riders to stay off until opening day and avoid the antisocial behaviour and littering that led to the original closure.

Tartan Enduro Series 2026 Dates Land with Leadership Update
Doon Tha Brae has confirmed provisional dates for the 2026 Tartan Enduro Series on 31 May, 16 August and 13 September with venues TBC and a leadership handover to Chris Redmond and Marcus McLernon.

Wetherby BMX Track Nears Final Surfacing
Work is moving steadily at Wetherby BMX Track as volunteers get close to laying the final riding surface, with landscaping also underway. Most materials are already on site and support from Leeds Parks and Countryside, Wetherby Town Council, Wetherby Lions and local businesses continues to keep the rebuild moving. A new Friends of Wetherby BMX Track group is being set up to help with long term maintenance and possible events, with volunteers invited to join. Riders are asked to hold off using the track until the surface is complete.

Betteshanger Park in Kent maps new 10.6 km Blue Trail
Work has started on the refreshed MTB network at Betteshanger Park, with a new 10.6 km Blue Trail now being marked out. The loop will replace the older patchwork of blue segments with a single, clearer route through the woodland.
