Description

Leconfield Pump Track is a single asphalt pump track built alongside the children's play area at Leconfield Recreation Club and Village Hall, a small village a few miles north of Beverley in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, the Humberside Police and Crime Commissioner, and local village fundraising, it's described by the parish council as the first pump track of its kind in East Yorkshire: one continuous loop of asphalt rollers and bermed turns completed in September 2026.

The Track

  • One continuous asphalt pump track, roughly 20 by 40 metres, laid out as a paved loop of rollers and bermed turns ridden on body momentum rather than pedalling.
  • Built to ROSPA safety-accreditation standard as an all-weather surface, and pitched at adults as well as younger riders rather than being a kids-only feature.

Getting Here

Leconfield Recreation Club and Village Hall, Miles Lane, Leconfield, Beverley, HU17 7NW. The track sits next to the children's play area on the recreation ground; Leconfield is a small village just off the A164, a few miles north west of Beverley.
