Description

Jedburgh Pump Track and Skate Park is a free, floodlit facility in a riverside park beside the A68 and Jed Water, a short walk from Jedburgh Abbey and the town centre. Its 100 metre asphalt pump track, built by Velosolutions, links into a concrete street course built by Betongpark, which Scottish Borders Council called the first hybrid park of its kind in Scotland.

The Track

The pump track is a loop of rollers and berms up to 1.3 metres high, easy enough for learners to get round and with plenty to push the more experienced. It has Vorld lap timing, so you can time your laps on your phone and see how you rank, and the floodlights keep it rideable through the winter.

The Skate Park

The concrete street course has a flat bank gap, ledges, grind rails and quarter pipe transitions that run into the pump track, so you can ride the two as one line.

Getting Here

The park is beside the A68 and Jed Water, near Jedburgh Abbey, postcode TD8 6JJ. The Canongate and Abbey Place car parks and the public toilets at the JedEye Community Hub are a short walk away. For trail riding nearby, see Jedforest Mountain Bike Trails.
