Description
Blessingbourne Estate is a 550-acre private country estate near Fivemiletown in County Tyrone, home to one of Northern Ireland's most scenic trail centres. The network includes a 4km blue loop, an 8km red loop and a pump track, all set within mature woodland beside private lakes. On-site accommodation, bike hire and a seasonal cafe make it a practical choice for a full day or overnight stay.

The Trails
- Blue Trail (approx. 4km): Flowing singletrack through estate woodland with swoopy sections, berms and rhythm features. Suited to intermediate riders and mixed-ability groups.
- Red Trail (approx. 8km): Technical loop with log rides, rock drops, tabletops, berms and optional black features. Aimed at experienced riders.
- Pump Track: A criss-crossing tarmac-style loop of rollers and berms at the trailhead. Good for warm-up and skills practice. All ages.
- Skills Area: Short purpose-built feature zone adjacent to the trailhead for handling drills and younger riders.
Getting Here
- Primary car park: Blessingbourne Estate, Murley Road, Fivemiletown, BT75 0QS. From Fivemiletown, take the B122 towards Fintona. After the Church of Ireland, turn right onto Aghingowly Road β do not use the main estate entrance. Continue 0.3 miles and take the first right up a concrete laneway. The car park is approximately 50 metres on the right.
- Blessingbourne is just off the A4 Belfast to Enniskillen road, less than a mile from Fivemiletown.
- Trails are open all day. A parking charge applies via barrier entry.
