Description

Blessingbourne Estate Trails can be found at the 550-acre country estate of Blessingbourne near Fivemiletown in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. The woodland trail network offers a flowing blue loop, a more technical red loop, plus a pump track and skills area — all set within mature forest and lakeside surroundings.

Blue Trail

The Blue Trail runs for approximately 4 km and is designed for riders of moderate ability. It weaves through estate woodland with swoopy singletrack, berms and rhythm sections. Suitable for families or groups with mixed experience.

Red Trail

The Red Trail extends for about 8 km and is aimed at experienced riders. It features technical trail features such as log rides, rock drops, table-tops and optional black sections for advanced riders.

Pump Track & Skills Area

A dedicated pump track sits at the trailhead next to the services area, offering rollers, berms and rhythm features for warm-up or skills practice. There is also a short skills zone built into the network for handling drills and younger riders.

  • Best for: all ages, bike-handling practice, family warm-up

Why Ride It

Blessingbourne delivers a compact, well-managed mountain bike centre with clear grading and a scenic estate environment. The presence of a blue and red loop means groups with mixed ability can ride together then split if needed. On-site hire, café and accommodation make it viable for a full day or a weekend stay.

Location and Access

The trailhead is located at Blessingbourne Estate, Murley Road, near Fivemiletown, County Tyrone, BT75 0QS. Access is less than a mile from Fivemiletown on the A4 Belfast–Enniskillen route, with signage and parking onsite. Car-park charges apply.

Great for family

Excellent for family days out. Kids can ride a great range of the trail and learn new skills and great for their confidence. No big climbs. Some good features for more experienced riders, but nothing challenging.

What do you like?

Log runs, crocodile teeth. No hills
