International Women’s Day: Today’s rides and sessions may be done by the time this is read, but women’s MTB events have had a strong presence in the iBikeRide calendar this year, with listings including Dyfi, BikePark Wales, Northampton Bike Park, Swansea and the National Cycling Centre in Manchester.

We’ll keep highlighting women’s rides, coaching and dig days in the iBikeRide event calendar throughout the year. Here’s a current snapshot:

Comrie Croft Bikes will celebrate its 20th anniversary on 25 April 2026 with a rideout, BBQ, pump track competition and a Le Mans-style mini race at the Croft near Crieff.

The Aberdeenshire Trail Association is hosting a series of volunteer dig days from March to May 2026, with half-day sessions (09:30–13:30) scheduled at Corennie Trails, Pitfichie Forest, Kirkhill Forest and Drumtochty, plus two women’s trail days with the location still to be confirmed.

Dean Trail Volunteers have scheduled a series of women’s trail maintenance sessions on the red section of Verderers Descent in the Forest of Dean, with dig days planned for 22 March, 9 May, 13 June and 4 July.

The Bike Shed will bring a fleet of demo bikes from brands including Forbidden, Santa Cruz, Whyte, Marin, Specialized and Merida to Haldon Forest Park on 29 March 2026, with £25 rider slots available to test them on the trail centre network.

Alexandra Park’s new pump track in Cramlington, Northumberland is part of a wider Activity Zone upgrade, with a compact asphalt layout that mixes rollers, linked turns and some deeper bowl-style corners.

A 100m Velosolutions-built asphalt pump track at Breadalbane Park, with flowing S-corners, rollers and big berms, right in the hills above Killin. Now open to ride!
