It is renowned for its distinctive narrow, tight, heavily rock armoured, natural feeling, technical slab-laden trails but has lots for everyone

Wolf Cub - Green
- The 4.5km Green trail is a tree-lined scenic route, focused on novices and young children. It runs between the Laggan Wolftrax hub and the community-owned Gorstean car park and is suitable for adaptive bikes.
Blue
- In October 2023 a new 3km blue opened, built by CRC. The focus is an intermediate blue grade descent capturing the technical rocky character Laggan is known for: less time on the fire road with a new climb and proper rock roll slabs on the descent. Section names are Slaba-Dabba-Doo, Blaeberry Flapjack and Give and Take.
The Red
- The 13.4km Red graded trail starts just past the Bike Park. The Upper Red Route shares the climb with the Black trail before a fast descent with optional features. The Lower Red section has a multitude of features on narrow black shale with embedded rock obstacles, drop-offs, rock causeways, boardwalk and tough technical climbs. Renowned for Air's Rock, a slab similar to The Slab at Dalbeattie, and the natural rock features of the Bhadain Boulder Field.
- As part of the October 2023 CRC build there is also a new red trail descent with some black options and several technical trail features throughout.
The Black
- 6.4km of tight, technical singletrack with drop-offs, boulder fields, rock steps and rock slabs. Built for the rider ready to commit. Renowned features include the 2 Ton Drop and the Back, Sack and Crack Attack (a triple rock slab). There is also the Devil's Chessboard, a 40-metre rock slab staircase with 24 different levels. This trail is effectively longer as it shares at least half the Red route.
The Bike Park - Orange
- 3.6km of Orange graded trail on a wide sealed surface with big berms, tabletops and gap jumps. All rollable, built with progression in mind from novice to advanced rider. The lower section was rebuilt and refreshed in 2022.
Skills Area
- Built in 2022, the skills area is just opposite the cafe and centre.
