Description
Cardrona Pump Track is an asphalt pump track at the edge of Cardrona village in the Scottish Borders, between Peebles and Innerleithen and a short ride from Glentress. The pump track has a jump track running around the outside.
The Track
- The first track opened in 2010 and fell into disrepair. The Bikescape team rebuilt it from scratch in 2018 and it has stayed open since.
- It is a compact asphalt loop with several lines to choose from, so you can lap it without stopping, with a jump track running around the outside.
Getting Here
- Park at the Cardrona Village store car park and ride to the track through the village. Please don't park near the track itself, as cars there block residents' rights of way.
- The track sits beside the Tweed Valley railway path between Peebles and Innerleithen, so you can ride in from either town.
