Overview

Day & Night Enduro returns to Nevis Range for 2026! This unique endurance event challenges riders to tackle three timed stages twice — once in daylight, and again after dark by torchlight. Expect big vibes, big climbs, and the thrill of conquering Nevis Range’s legendary lower trails from afternoon into nightfall.

No gondola access is needed — the entire race takes place on the lower trail network, making it an accessible yet exhilarating challenge for all mountain bike enthusiasts.

Event Format

• Type: Enduro – Day & Night Stages
• Age Range: 16+
• Categories: M/F – U18, 18–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50+; also M/F E-Bike & Hardtail
• Stages: 3 trails ridden twice (Day + Night)
• E-Bikes: Allowed
• Gondola Access: Not required

The challenge: complete three stages during daylight, take a short break, then hit the same trails again in darkness. Your combined times will determine your overall result.

Event Schedule

Saturday, 14 November 2026

• Registration: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Nevis Range Car Park)
• Rider Briefing: 12:30 PM (under the Hub)
• Day Race: 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM
• Break: 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM
• Night Race: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Race End: 8:30 PM
• Prize Presentation: 9:00 PM (may start earlier)

Course & Timing

The race features three stages on Nevis Range’s lower trail network — no gondola required. Riders will use timing chips to record their runs, and results are based on the combined total time from all six stages (day + night).

Course maps will be published the day before the event. Track access for practice may be available depending on course setup — check nearer the event date.
