Description

Upper Bucklebury Hall Park Pump Track is a grit-surfaced pump track of hills, loops and turns behind the Memorial Hall in Upper Bucklebury, next to the Fred Dawson Play Park.

The Track

  • Installed as a pump track with a grit surface about 15 years ago, it is a series of hills, loops and turns with plenty of length to build up speed.
  • Bucklebury Parish Council runs the track, which it calls the BMX track.
  • Bring a helmet, and pads if you like.

Also in the Park

  • The Fred Dawson Play Park, for children up to 11, with a wooden climbing structure with two slides, swings, balance beams and a climbing frame.
  • Woodland to explore beside the park.

Getting Here

  • Behind the Memorial Hall, 57 Broad Lane, Upper Bucklebury, RG7 6QH. Free car park at the hall.
