Description
Stockwood Bike Park is a free, open-access asphalt pump track and jump line in Stockwood, south Bristol, open every day of the year with no fence or admission charge. The 125m pump track and 180m descending jump line sit inside a Bristol City Council park, alongside a social space and a coaching building used by Access Sport's BMX Bristol project.

The Track
- A 125m asphalt pump track and a 180m descending asphalt jump line, known locally as the Mini 4X track, connected by an asphalt access path running from the entrance.
- The jump line includes berms, multiple lines, doubles, tabletops and a step up, built for mountain bikes, BMXs, scooters, skateboards and skates.
- The track carries a Vorld-Gate, part of Velosolutions' Vorld app, which times laps and ranks riders on daily and monthly leaderboards across bike, skateboard, scooter and wheelchair categories.
- The facility is unfenced, open access and free to use at any time.
Local Organisations
- Access Sport runs ongoing BMX coaching on site as part of its BMX Bristol project, based out of the container building next to the track.
- The site is also home to Stockwood Community Bike Club, launched in 2022 and organised by Matt Thorne with Access Sport CIO funding, bringing local people of all ages together around the bike park.
- BMX Bristol is the local group behind the coaching and community sessions.
Getting Here
- Park on Whittock Road, Stockwood, Bristol BS14 8DE, close to Burnbush Primary School. There is no dedicated car park, so use on-street parking with consideration for residents.
- It is close by to Brunel Way Pump Track and Arnos Court Park Pump Track, both also in Bristol.
