Description
Shelton Bike Track is a BMX track in Shorncliffe Recreation Ground in Shelton, on the west side of Shrewsbury, with a skate park beside it. Shrewsbury Town Council, which calls it the Shorncliffe Drive BMX track, describes it as the most challenging of the BMX tracks it looks after.
The Track
- Riders drop in from a high mounded start down a steep asphalt start path, and the jumps are bigger than on the council's other tracks.
- The jumps are built from stone with a crushed stone surface, and the corner has an asphalt berm.
The Skate Park
- The skate park in the same recreation ground has a quarter pipe, a double-sided quarter pipe, a fun box with a grind rail, a flat bank, a ledge box and a grind rail.

- The recreation ground also has a football pitch and a multi-sports court.
