Swan Pool & Hill Top Bike Park

Swan Pool MTB Trails consist of Hilltop Bike Park with red, blue and black short tracks full of jumps, berms and technical features according to grade and a green flow loop. Is built within the former Hill Top Golf Course.

The Miner's Trail

Set in a woodland setting that was a former colliery site the trail is only 3km long and has blue, red and black taster sections within it. It is made up of flowing singletrack, table-top jumps, high-banked berms, short non-technical climbs, switchbacks and short rocky sections.

Tour de Sandwell MTB - This is a 51km trail which is predominately off-road using green spaces and along canals. It kicks off and ends Forge Mill farm. You can access the trail map here.
Sandwell Safari - This is a 67km ride also kicking off and ending at Forge Mill farm. You can access the trail map here.

The construction of the Miners Trail cost £130,000 and was commissioned by Sandwell Council's, Parks and Countryside Management Section with the help of Cycling in Sandwell.
The Swan Pool MTB Trails were funded by Sport England, Sandwell Council, and Birmingham Council. Following the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, exists to offer enhanced facilities for families, children and young people, as well as those with different biking abilities.
Both the Miners Trail and the Swan Pool MTB trails were designed and built by OnTrack.
