Description

Peterborough BMX Track is a BMX race track off Benyon Grove in Orton Malborne, home of the Peterborough Phantoms BMX club since 1981. The track is open to riders at any time, for pedal bikes only.

The Track

  • A full BMX race track, with an asphalt start hill and hard-packed rollers and berms running under the trees.
  • In March 2026 Peterborough City Council granted the club a community licence to run the track and upgrade it to national competition standard. The council says the track has been looked after for over 40 years.

Riding Here

  • The track is strictly for bikes. Electric and motorised bikes, scooters and RC cars are not allowed.
  • The club's rules ask for a helmet, long sleeves, long trousers and gloves, with your bike in good working order and the handlebar ends covered.
