Description

Mount Pleasant BMX Track is a regional standard BMX race track off Mount Pleasant Drive in Winsford, also listed on Google Maps as Mount Pleasant Drive BMX pump track. Cheshire West and Chester Council resurfaced it in 2025 after young riders asked for improvements.

The Track

  • Clark and Kent rebuilt the disused former regional track for the council in 2010, making the start hill safe, laying a new surface, building new jumps and lengthening the track.
  • In 2025 the council resurfaced the whole track, 842 square metres, in compacted limestone dust, improved the start gate and cleared the vegetation. The council describes demanding turns and a technical rhythm section that suit all levels.
  • Hard-packed straights and rollers run between asphalt berms.

  • Off Mount Pleasant Drive, Winsford, CW7 1GR.
  • Winsford station is 1.5 miles away and the bus station a mile, with the nearest stop at Winsford Cross Shopping Centre about half a mile from the track.
