Newbold Comyn Cycle Hub
Newbold Comyn Cycle Hub sits in Newbold Comyn Park in Royal Leamington Spa, also known locally as the Leamington Spa track. It has around 4km of graded trail across green, blue and red routes, a learn-to-ride and skills area, a progressive jump zone, a revamped 4X track, and a cycle hub building offering bike hire, repairs, refreshments and toilets.

The Trails
All trails are free to use and sit on the site of Newbold Comyn's former golf course.
- Green trail, approximately 1km, for beginners
- Blue trail, approximately 2km, for intermediate riders
- Red trail, approximately 1km, for more experienced riders
- A learn-to-ride and skills area for children and those new to cycling, with a hard-surfaced zone and mini off-road trails
- A progressive jump zone
- The revamped Campion Hills 4X track, an upgrade of the site's old four cross bike track
Trail maintenance is carried out by On Track, the team who built the trails here and also built Northampton Bike Park.
The Cycle Hub
The cycle hub building opened in September 2025 in converted Grade II listed barns beside the trails, and is now run by Mercia Cycles. It offers mountain bike hire, ranging from hardtails to electric full-suspension bikes with helmets included, basic repairs and servicing, plus refreshments and toilets.
Beyond the Trails
Newbold Comyn is a 300 acre country park, so there is plenty to do beyond the cycle trails. It has an 18-hole golf course, a leisure centre with swimming and fitness facilities, the Leam Valley Local Nature Reserve with wetland, woodland and meadow habitat, play areas, football pitches, and a skate park near the Observation Hill car park.

Getting Here
Free parking. Main car parks at the end of Newbold Terrace East. Smaller car park off Radford Road.
