A nice set of trails in a public park that local people know well. Includes a skills development area and then green, blue and red trails through the park and woods. Covering quite a small area, accessible to families. Unfortunately though the 'hub' part of the 'cycle hub' doesn't exist yet - there's no cafe or loos, and no bike hire.
Positioned in the middle of town so easy to get to by bike for e.g. teenagers - though quite a few adults do seem to drive there. It's a shared space which is great for families - some people can walk while others are cycling, it's feasible for parents to support their young children on the track. There are also more difficult tracks for users to progress to.
Occasional aggression from fast cyclists who don't want slower people in the space.

My son and I took my grandson who was looking forward to going. He really enjoyed it, however I was slightly disappointed that there's nowhere to really sit and watch, no where to have a coffee, vital for some of us!!!! There is a pub but don't want to go in on my own. There's no disabled facilities that I could see, I walk with aids and this was difficult. I didn't really see anything for disabled cyclists, not only a missed opportunity but possibly discrimination? Parking with a bike on a car or a van could be difficult as car parks are height restricted, there is street parking but it goes quickly and I'm sure residents might not be impressed.
My grandson (8yo) enjoyed it
No disabled facilities, no toilets, no coffee !
I wouldn't recommend purely because I think it's not been thought through and or completed with facilities I'd expect
no
All trails are smooth and rollable making it a great facility for any skill level. That positive can also been seen as a negative if you are a more advanced rider looking for a harder challenge. Super facility for the local area.
All weather.
Caters to all abilities.
Packs a lot into a relatively small area.
