Description
Lake Farm Country Park BMX Track is a full BMX race track in Hayes, home of Hayes Hawks BMX Club since 1981. It is free and open to the public whenever the club is not running a session or a race.
The Track
- A race track with a start gate on the hill, hard-packed straights and rollers, and asphalt berms. The club hosts races through the season, including the Deep South Winter Series.
- The club recommends at least a full-face helmet, gloves and long trousers.
Riding with the Club
- Hayes Hawks BMX Club trains on Wednesday evenings and on Saturdays, with sessions by level from beginner to expert, booked through the Spond app after registering with the club. Riders need to be able to pedal standing up without stabilisers.
- Saturday sessions cost from 10 to 15 pounds depending on level and membership, and loan bikes, helmets and gloves may be available for new riders if you ask when booking.

- A skate park just north of the track, a children's play area, an outdoor gym and a bridleway through the country park (Hillingdon Council).

- Lake Farm Country Park, Dawley Road, Hayes. The park has no postcode of its own, so use UB3 1EJ or what3words ///oasis.extra.solar. Park in the country park car park off Dawley Road; the track is just to its north.
