The Trails
- Rocky, steep terrain full of boulders and technical features: rock gardens, swooping corners, sweet singletrack and dramatic heather-bound scenery with mountain peaks, streams and lakes throughout.
- Common route sections include Glenridding, Dockray, Coach Road, Bruts Moss, Great Dodd, Stybarrow Dodd, the Sticks Pass descent, Kepple Cove, Helvellyn, Nethermost, Dollywagon and Grisedale, looping back to Glenridding.
- Expect some hike-a-bike. This is not an all-weather route and should be avoided in poor conditions. The area is popular with walkers so watch for other trail users.
