Description
Europa Way BMX Pump Track is a small pump track on the recreation ground at Cheadle Heath, Stockport, next to Europa Way. Stockport Council had it built after a community proposal through its You Say, We Pay scheme.
The Track
- Clark and Kent designed and built the track: four straights linked by three berms, with an asphalt start hill and asphalt corners, and hard-packed straights of earth over a stone base with a limestone top dressing.
- It is a compact loop that suits riders building their pumping skills as well as anyone after some quick laps.
