Description
Crowborough Pump Track is a 70 metre asphalt pump track in Goldsmiths Park, next to the leisure centre and play park. Designed and built by Velosolutions for Crowborough Town Council, it is free to ride and made mainly for children up to around 10 and beginner riders, with smaller, rollable features that are still enjoyable for intermediate riders.
The Track
The track is a single compact asphalt loop of mellow rollers and gentle berms, well suited to learning basic pumping skills and building confidence. It is designed around accessibility and progression rather than speed, and the fencing round it keeps younger riders in a contained space.
Also in the Park
The pump track sits inside Goldsmiths Park, enclosed by bow-top fencing, with Crowborough Skate Park and the play park close by. It came out of several years of requests from local families for a beginner-friendly facility, and the community opening was supported by Velosolutions.
Getting Here
Goldsmiths Park is close to the centre of Crowborough, off the A26 Eridge Road. The pump track is beside the leisure centre and play park, reached on foot along the park paths from the leisure centre. Parking is available at the leisure centre.
