Description
Bradwell Dingle Pump Track is a new tarmac pump track in Bradwell Dingle, a community park in Bradwell, Newcastle-under-Lyme. Built by Four One Four Skateparks for Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council, it is designed for all ages and abilities, on bikes, BMX, scooters and skateboards.
The Track
- A tarmac pump track, built on the site of the park's old skate park, which was removed a few years ago for safety reasons.
- Designed for all ages and abilities, and open to bikes, BMX, scooters and skateboards.
- Its official opening day was set for Sunday 18 October 2026, with professional BMX demo riders and open riding throughout the day.
The track is part of a ยฃ500,000 council upgrade of Bradwell Dingle, funded by developer contributions from the nearby Knype Way housing development. A pump track was the clear favourite among local people who asked for a wheeled sports area in the 2025 consultation.
Also in the Park
The same upgrade brought a new, larger inclusive play area with more than 70 play elements and outdoor gym equipment. The park also has a multi-use games area and open space for football.
