Description

Bootle BMX Track is a dirt BMX track on the village Sports Field in Bootle, near Millom, on the west Cumbrian coast. It sits beside the football pitches, bowling club, pavilion and play area at the south entrance to the village.

The Track

  • The track is a loop of hard-packed lines on the Sports Field. The parish council has included it in its regular inspections since 2016, and the field is leased by the local sports and social club.

  • The Sports Field also has football pitches, a bowling club, a pavilion and a children's play area.

Getting Here

  • Bootle Sports Field, at the south entrance to the village, off the A595, LA19 5UL.
