Description
Baddow Hall Pump Track is a free, council-run pump track in Baddow Hall Park, Great Baddow, on the eastern edge of Chelmsford, Essex. The 50m by 30m circuit has an outer loop for novice riders and tighter inner sections for more experienced riders, all on a single enclosed track suited to BMX and mountain bikes alike.

The Pump Track

Getting Here
- Baddow Hall Park is on New Road, Great Baddow, Chelmsford, CM2 7DA, reached from Maldon Road or New Road. There is no dedicated car park at the park itself, so check for on-street parking nearby, or arrive on foot, by bike, or by local First Essex bus.
Local Organisation
- The pump track opened in October 2011 as a community project, funded by local enthusiasts with donations from Chelmsford City Council, who now maintain the wider park. A dedicated Baddow Hall Pump Track Facebook page covers the track.
