Description
Nant Gwrtheyrn Downhill is a classic Welsh DH venue on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales, home to 2 black-grade tracks in a stunning coastal setting. The site is a heritage village with a cafe, accommodation, and access to the beach. Uplift is available on selected weekends, run by Simply Downhill and booked via British Cycling. The tracks are on private land and must not be ridden outside of official uplift days. Current operating tatus is unknown.

The Tracks
- The original double black track is punishingly technical and gnarly, with a history as a British Downhill Series venue. Expect serious commitment.
- The second track is a more trail-bike-friendly black, still challenging but with a faster and more accessible character than the original.
Booking and Uplift
- Uplift was operated by Simply Downhill on selected weekends throughout the year. Current Status unknown
- Uplift runs from 10:00 to 16:30 with a short break for lunch. Riders must be 12 or over; under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- The new uplift format uses a purpose-built bike trailer and typically delivers 16 to 18 runs per day.
- A cafe is on site. There is no bike hire at this venue.
