Description
Based in the scenic Llynfi Valley just beyond Maesteg in northern Bridgend County, Llynfi BMX Racing Club is a welcoming and inclusive community built around a National Standard BMX race track. The club describes itself as the home of BMX racing in Wales, affiliated with Beicio Cymru and British Cycling, and competing in the South West Region BMX Series. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced racer, the track is suitable for all ages, from adventurous 3-year-olds to adults in their 50s and beyond. The club offers a great opportunity to get involved in BMX racing, build core cycling skills, and progress at your own pace, whether that means having fun on the track or competing in races. You do not need to be a racer or a member to ride: just turn up and have fun. The club won Beicio Cymru Club of the Year and Event of the Year in 2025.
