Description

Crynant Community Pump Track is a free asphalt pump track run by Crynant Community Council in the Dulais Valley village of Crynant, near Neath. Trailcraft built it in early 2022 to replace the village's old bike track, and it is designed to suit every rider.

The Track

  • A loop of asphalt rollers and berms beside the playing fields. Trailcraft MTB and BMX Track Construction built it to be suitable for all, and it reopened at the end of February 2022.
  • It replaced an older bike track that was no longer fit for purpose, with grants from Neath Port Talbot Council and the Crynant Community Association.
  • The community council asks riders to check their bike, scooter or skateboard is in good condition and to always wear a helmet. Gloves and knee pads are recommended.

Getting Here

  • 68B Main Road, Crynant, SA10 8NT. The track is behind Main Road at the north end of the playing fields, close to Crynant RFC.
