Barry Sidings Mountain Bike Trails can be found in Barry Sidings Country Park, Pontypridd in the Rhondda Cynon Taff region in South Wales. They are off-piste trails i.e. unofficial so non-way-marked.

The trail styles are downhill, bike park style ranging from blue flow trails to black technical gnarl. There is also a pump track.
The central community meeting point is the Barry sidings cafe. The team at the Barry sidings Cafe and the Bike Doctor bike shop are very involved in developing tracks in the area and the setup acts as the community hub.
The trails range from gnarly rocky tech to flowy blue. All are non way-marked.
Red and Black
- There is an abundance of rocky, steep technical natural feel, trails on offer.
You will find at the last count 1 Black Diamond trail, 13 black trails and approximately 3 red tracks.
Blue Trails
- There are approximately 5 blue flow grade blue trails.
Pump Track
- There is also a large flow dirt pump track.
Other Stuff
- Nearby is the Aberfan memorial.
- The trails have been built and maintained with by a wide array of volunteers, creating a spirit that helps give Barry Sidings its unique identity.
- The Barry Sidings Trails advocacy group Intends it to become official at some point.
- One of the first-ever DH races was held at Barry Sidings around 25 years ago.
There are a number of coaches via the Bike Doctor.
