Description
Zetland Park Pump Track is a large asphalt pump track in Zetland Park, Grangemouth, with beginner, intermediate and expert loops, built for Falkirk Council by Clark and Kent Contractors. It is free to ride, lit in the evening and sits beside the park's play area, off Abbots Road.
The Track
The track is a continuous asphalt circuit of rollers, berms and long straights, with transfer lines that let you link one loop to another. The beginner, intermediate and expert loops share the same ground, and there is a wider straight for the expert line. Scooters and skateboards use it as well as bikes. The track is lit from dusk, with the lights going off at 9pm.
Falkirk Junior Bike Club, which coaches riders aged 4 to 16, holds its Zetland Park Pump Track Series races here. The club's website has details of its sessions and how to join.
Also in the Park
The Grangemouth Bike Library is in Zetland Park and lends bikes, with a lock, helmet and hi-vis, free for up to a month. You need two forms of ID and should contact the library first to check stock. The park also has a play area right beside the track.

Zetland Park is in the centre of Grangemouth. The track sits beside the play area and is reached on foot from Abbots Road (FK3 8JE).
