Description

Glassie Bike Park is in Aberfeldy, Highland Perthshire in Scotland with blue, red, and black runs. The wider area has lots of enduro and xc style riding. Glassie Bike Park has been created by a small group to develop the existing mountain bike tracks in Aberfeldy and develop the new bike park.

Glassie Bike Park

  • The bike park/downhill style tracks here cover approximately, two blues (Blue View, and Purple Haze) and 4-5 red/black runs (Brown Velvet, Obliviate, Expelliarmus, Shredo, and Sundance). Feature laden and fast. Some of the tracks are near a mile in descending.
  • Dreamline is Kriss Kyle's (sponsored by Endura) new pro line opened in September 2024.

Natural  and Wild Trails

  • The wider region has a real mix from steep and techy trails in the woods, big mountain riding, or easy riverside rides down the Tay to Grantully
  • Check out the website link on the listing where you will find a host of natural trail options and route maps.

Other Stuff

  • Glassie Bike Park has been established with input from local biking enthusiasts and permission from the landowners of Glassie Farm to use approximately 60 acres of land.
  • It has become a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation. The 60 acres of land have been signed over to the community organisation to be used for recreational use, primarily mountain biking, and new walking routes.
  • Bunkhouse accommodation is available on site as well as bike wash, hire, and a catering van. There are plans for a host of facilities in 2022 and further MTB development to create a vibrant MTB hub for the area.
