Dreamline is an exciting new addition to Glassie Bike Park, located near Aberfeldy in Scotland. This purpose-built trail was created by BMX pro Kriss Kyle in collaboration with Endura.
Trail Features
The Dreamline is a unique blend of BMX and mountain bike influences, designed to showcase Kriss Kyle's distinctive riding style. It features a variety of jumps and features that cater to different skill levels, allowing riders to progress and challenge themselves. The trail was built by Gregor Joliffe along with Colin and Antoine Massart from Switzerland, adding international expertise to its design.
Public Access
One of the most notable aspects of the Dreamline is that it's open to the public for free, like all other trails at Glassie Bike Park[. Visitors are encouraged to make donations via a QR code at the car park to support the park's maintenance and development.
Opening Event
The Dreamline's official opening was celebrated with an evening jam event, which attracted attention from the mountain biking community. This event provided an opportunity for riders to experience the new trail and showcase their skills alongside Kriss Kyle himself.
Impact on Glassie Bike Park
The addition of the Dreamline is part of ongoing development plans at Glassie Bike Park. The park aims to create a diverse range of trails and features for riders of all abilities, including plans for new jump areas and extensions to existing trails. This new trail further establishes Glassie Bike Park as a destination for both BMX and mountain bike enthusiasts, contributing to local tourism and community engagement.
