Comrie Croft is running a powerful wellbeing initiative for riders aged 55 and over. Their Trail Therapy programme combines the joy of off-road cycling with a supportive community, all set against the natural beauty of Perthshire.

Led by Emily and Scott, the six-week course uses mountain biking as a therapeutic tool to boost confidence, reduce anxiety, and foster social connection in a beautiful natural setting. The sessions run weekly from Wednesday 30th April, with bikes provided if needed.
