ChatMTB is an AI assistant — AI can make mistakes, always verify info
iBikeRide has updated its ChatMTB service with a new set of features focused on making conversations easier to return to and manage.

Until now, ChatMTB chats have disappeared if you refreshed the page or left the site. The latest update changes that by introducing saved chat history for signed-in users, allowing conversations to stay available across trail, news and event pages.
For riders who are not signed in, chats can now temporarily survive the sign-in process too, helping prevent conversations from disappearing during login redirects.
The update also adds a new history panel directly inside the ChatMTB widget. Riders can now browse previous chats grouped by category, including trails, news and events.
Saved chats can also be deleted from inside the history panel.
Alongside the new history features, iBikeRide has also updated how ChatMTB conversations are organised, helping keep trail, news and event chats separated more cleanly inside the history panel.
You can try the updated ChatMTB service now across iBikeRide trail, news and event pages, as well as the homepage.
