The full 2026 British Cycling National MTB calendar is now live on iBikeRide, with individual listings published for every round of both the Lloyds National Cross-Country Series and the Lloyds National Downhill Series. Each listing sits within the wider national competition structure managed by British Cycling.

British Cycling, the national governing body for cycling in the UK, oversees both series. Riders usually need a valid British Cycling race licence to enter, while overseas licence-holders can request approval. The XC series uses the standard national category structure (Elite, Expert, Senior and others), and the DH series includes a team-affiliation points system for BC-affiliated teams.
Lloyds National Cross-Country Series
The 2026 cross-country season spans five rounds from March to July:
- Round 1 – Newnham Park, Plymouth
- Round 2 – Cannock Chase, Staffordshire
- Round 3 – Tong, Bradford
- Round 4 – Pippingford Park, Sussex
- Round 5 – Margam Park, Port Talbot
Lloyds National Downhill Series
The downhill season runs from April through September:
- Round 1 – Rhyd-Y-Felin, Wales
- Round 2 – Antur Stiniog Bike Park, Wales
- Round 3 – Glencoe, Scotland
- Round 4 – Llangollen, Wales
- Round 5 – Fort William, Scotland
