Bike Park Kernow has announced that Edg’duro Round 2, originally scheduled for Sunday 29 June 2025 at The Bowl in Gallows Park near Torpoint, Cornwall, has been cancelled due to low entry numbers. The organisers shared that running the event would have resulted in a financial loss, despite the significant efforts of the trail crew who prepared the course.

Round 3 of the Edg’duro series is still going ahead as planned on Sunday 28 September 2025 at the main Bike Park Kernow site in Grampound Road, Cornwall.
All riders already entered into Round 3 will receive an automatic refund. Riders who were signed up for Round 2 only will have their entry transferred to Round 3. If those riders do not wish to race in Round 3, they are advised to contact the organisers to request a refund.
This cancellation reflects wider challenges across the UK enduro scene, where small-scale events face rising costs, uncertain weather, and the need for strong early sign-ups to remain viable. Many events rely on volunteers, community support, and early commitment from riders to break even. Booking in advance—when possible—can make a real difference to keeping grassroots racing alive.
The Bike Park Kernow team expressed disappointment at having to cancel and extended a public thank you to the trail builders and crew for their hard work.
fyi: The Bowl is a natural riding area with roots, rocks, and hand-built features. It is separate from the main Bike Park Kernow site at Trenowth Woods, but both are part of the wider Edg’duro series.
