Gowaan Kids Innerleithen Trails Day

A 3-hour kids coaching session on the Innerleithen trails. Meet point: Adrenaline Uplift car park, Innerleithen. Tuesday 1st December 2026, 9:00am to 12:00pm. Price: £48.

Aimed at riders who are confident on the red and black trails at Glentress, able to climb comfortably on their own, and looking to increase their technical skills and enjoy the Innerleithen trails. Whether your child has ridden Innerleithen before and wants to start tackling the more technical trails, or has never been up the hill and wants to unlock more natural terrain, this is the course for them. Minimum age 8, unless confirmed by the Gowaan coaches; if you are unsure whether it suits your child, get in touch and they can assess.

The group will be split in two if required, so riders can go to more technical or easier trails. The session includes skills coaching on line choice and technique to help riders develop, and is heavily focused on fun as always. This is a coaching course, not just a shred day: riders will need to listen to instructions and watch demos.

Children must have a bike with two working brakes and gears. Helmet, knee pads and gloves mandatory. Bring snacks and enough water for the full 3 hours.
