Female-led mountain bike coaching for girls aged 11-14, run by Little Fodders at Forest of Dean Cycle Centre (Pedalabikeaway). This session runs 10:00–12:00, building skills and confidence on the trails — riders need to be comfortable starting on red-grade trails. Bring a working off-road bike, helmet (under 3 years old), gloves, weather-appropriate clothing and a backpack with snack and drink; knee/elbow pads recommended, no e-bikes. £75 for the three-session term, booking required, one on-site emergency contact per rider.
