Description

Wroot Bike Park is a small, hand-built dirt jump track on village field land in Wroot, near Epworth in North Lincolnshire. Local teenagers Jackson and Oliver turned a patch of scrap land into the track with the backing of Wroot Parish Council, and it offers a single line of hand-shaped jumps rather than a formal trail network.

The Trails

  • A hand-built line of dirt jumps on open village field land, built and maintained by local riders rather than a professional contractor. There is no formal grading, and the track is a single feature line rather than a network of graded runs.

Facilities and Access

This is a grassroots village project, not a managed trail centre, and it's built and run by the young riders themselves with the parish council's backing. There's no car park, visitor centre or facilities on site: it's a field with a set of jumps. Posted trackside rules ask riders to wear a helmet at all times, avoid motorised vehicles, respect the track, the field and neighbouring property, take litter home, be mindful of others, and ride at their own risk.

As a small, locally built and maintained site, the track can be temporarily closed for repairs or after damage. Follow the Wroot Bike Park Facebook page for current status before you travel.

Getting Here
