Description
Whimple Pump Track is an asphalt pump track in the Parish Field at Whimple, East Devon, with several linked lines of rollers and berms beside the village's new play area.
The Track
- An asphalt track of several linked lines, with rollers and berms set into grass.
- In August 2026 Whimple Parish Council said repairs to the track would be carried out soon.
- Grass BMX mounds sit elsewhere on the field.
Also in the Park
- A new play area opened in August 2026, with an under-5s area next to the track (an activity tower with a slide, swings, a seesaw and spring riders) and climbing units, a rope walk and swings for older children.
- A football goal on the far side of the track, and picnic tables.
