Pump Track
The four-straight design works around existing play equipment and trees, making the most of the available space. It features beginner, intermediate and expert lines, starting at a low level for accessibility and building in progression throughout, including a split expert option on the last straight. The fully surfaced layout offers all-weather riding, with rollers, berms and transfer lines that are inclusive for younger riders while still challenging for more experienced ones.
Other stuff
The project was rooted in community consultation, led by Community Cycle Works, local clubs and user groups. It has become a hub for riders and reduced anti-social riding in the town. Snodland Bike Club runs weekly Tuesday meetups (4–6pm) with coaching, fun races, loan bikes and helmets, and monthly MTB ride-outs to local trails and beyond.
