I live 5mins away from pines so go every weekend. However I consider it a training centre to build stamina and test new equipment.
They've made all trails the same base material as green route so that shows how easy they've made it. I prefer before they over maintained it the days of ruts, exposed tree roots and ending the day head to toe in mud.
What do you like?
Well maintened tracks however ... to be continued
Cafe and pines cycle centre is always helpful and can repair your bike there and then.
What could be improved?
Trails are too easy - maintained too well (limestone paths)
Expensive car parking (I have a discovery pass but £6 all day for non pass users is expensive)
