Review for Sherwood Pines Mountain Bike Trails

Well enjoyed this (hard tail xc). Was quite puddley after previous days rain but this added to the fun! have read complaints about having to pedal a lot and not much downhill but to be honest you need to enjoy it for what it is. I actually enjoy pedalling my bike! You can develop your basic xc speed here without too many frights, although the odd tree comes quick after a fast bend. I did the (blue) Verderers in the Forest of Dean which to be honest is far steeper and I guess more "exhilarating" but each ride I find has a quality of its own, this one allows you to burst through the forest!
