I have only rode the red routes and several paths round the lakes so I cannot speak for the black route however from what I've seen it looks excellent which gives me hope that one day the others will be as good.
What do you like?
When it has been sunny for a while the actual trails are alright and worth the climbs.
Loads of potential so the people who build the trails keep it up and you will have some very good trails.

What could be improved?
Turns into a mud bath with the tiniest bit of rain.
Very little actual trail.
Could be better marked out.
Only worth riding if you live nearby like myself.
