Description

Penshurst Bike Park (previously the home of PORC) is situated in Penshurst in Kent. In early 2017 ownership changed and it shut. There were talks of being revamped and aiming to re-open at some point in 2020 but this never happened and we have no update if it ever will.

Brilliant place to ride,with new stuff regularly being built

Good times

Get down there!

What do you like?

Great spot. Friendly atmosphere, decent trails and a good race series. Trails are well built and there's plenty of them. Dirt jump area is spot on, camping on site and an events building for hire if you need. If you aint been, you should have.

A gem of the South

A gem of the South

What do you like?

About as DH as UK trails get. A good selection of runs with decent sized features. The races held here are excellent and the locals and owner are all friendly. The jump area is amazing if you're amazing enough to be able to ride it!

What could be improved?

All DH trails are of similar difficulty, so if these are beyond your ability then there isn't much left for you to ride. This isn't a bad thing if you can ride them and send the big stuff.

PORC - Trail of the year for sure!

What do you like?

Awesome lines to suit any level of rider, An amazing place to improve your riding skills, Such a sick riding community, The yearly race series, The first time I went riding down PORC I was on a mighty rattly halfords bike and was amazed at the jumps people were doing and made me instantly want to get into DH, with not many places around that offer such awesome trails PORC is the place to be!

What could be improved?

only bad thing I can think of is that it isn't trail of the year yet!
