Perry Woods is in Selling, Faversham in Kent. There are XC mountain bike trails and an unsanctioned Freeride / Downhill area.

Cross Country / XC Trails
- The cross country / XC trail is a 16.5km mile loop made up of bridleways and country lanes. It is family friendly with some hills and great views. Technically it is reasonably tame. See map for route. Can get quite muddy.
Freeride Area
- The freeride area is unsanctioned. The tracks are based around a natural crater littered with lines utilising natural contours.
- A few smaller lines with short gaps and a small table offer a gentle start, but most of the features are taller lips, bigger gaps, and classic dirt jumps. The main flow line is great for honing your technique. You’ll also find bermed lines and a downhill section to mix things up.
