Downhill and Dirt Jumps
- Downhill runs, a jump track and some north shore features are concentrated in the south of the woods, near the dirt jump area off Swanton Road.
Cross Country
- Tight, rooty singletrack spread across a large woodland setting. It's easy to get turned around here, so ride with a local or take a GPS track. Can be muddy through winter.

Access
- Part of the woods sits within the Mereworth Woods Training Area, in active MOD use. Stick to established tracks and bridleways, give way to any troops or vehicles training, and turn back if you see red flags or warning signage.
