Mallory Park is a MTB, Track Cycling and Triathlon center in Leicestershire In the East Midlands. In July 2014 it added a short 4km mountain bike trail As the first stage of its plan.

Mallory Park also has a 1.25 mile road circuit which it uses for racing and time trials. It also has a 16 acre lake for swimming. With the surrounding woodland it makes it a perfect triathlon venue.

The Trails

Mallory Park mountain bike trails will be around 8km in length when finally complete. There will be line options and variations allowing you to double back on and repeat your favourite bits. As for the grade there will be everything for Blue to Black sections so in summary the trail can be ridden by complete novices, juniors and beginners but will also have have some fast sections with "Black" graded obstacles. i.e Rocks, Jumps and Drops etc... But all these can be detoured round.

All the trails are being designed and built by riders (volunteers) with years of experience both riding and trail building. There is a natural feel and they will not be surfacing  the whole loop with the same hard packed grade stone and are using the natural terrain wherever possible and using the necessary surface material where needed to ensure weather proofing, maximise drainage and sustainability etc.

Included will be a skills area, rhythm section, dirt jumps a cyclo cross course and eventually BMX and 4X.

There will be a cycle cross race course too which will utilise part of the XC loop.
